Department, the Infobel Business CD-ROM will represent genuine time saving and real money. It is often the case that Order Forms provide barely legible information (VAT or address), and Infobel Business will enable you to
locate such information with great speed, avoiding unnecessary telephone calls.
You can carry out your searches on a multiple-criteria basis: name, telephone number (if available), street, street number (or street number
intervals), area, postcode (or postcode intervals), activity, business code, legal form, number of employees, creation date, turnover, gross margin, or any combination of these criteria.
In addition to the data mentioned
above, you will also be able to obtain the balance sheet closure date, the name of the Managing Director, an indicator of the company?s financial situation and, for some companies, an e-mail address and/or URL address.
The lines in black type represent companies; blue the self-employed; green professional people who are not liable for VAT; grey non-profit-making associations that are not liable for VAT and certain foreign companies.
You can copy or print the names, streets, street numbers, postcodes and areas.
You can export as many names, streets, street numbers, postcodes, municipalities, telephone numbers, fax numbers (if available) and the
Managing Director position as you like, free of charge.
One of the innovations of the Infobel Business CD-ROM is the addition of the name of a second director.
Thanks to the BOOKMARK option, you will be able to
create your own address book. You can save the address that you would like to record in your list and export, print and copy this small database. You can also delete it and recreate it at any time.
One of the CD-ROM's
new functionalities is its direct link with a host of on-line services: international directories, sale of credit reports and numbers of the Belgian Gazette, the weather, departure and arrival times of Brussels National
flights, movie theatre programmes, and many more.
The CD-ROM is available in a mono-user and a multi-user version - a user licence is already incorporated. - (Network version running on Windows NT servers).
The CD-ROM only runs on PCs.
